Ask about the Art and Magic of Gingerbread

I currently work as the Director of Disability Services at Blue Ridge Community College, in Flat Rock, North Carolina. I am not an artist nor have I had any formal culinary training, but I love gingerbread! I first competed at the Grove Park Inn contest in 2005; I started my house just two and a half weeks before the contest.
